This Returns Policy only applies to Luxe of London and Your Riding Success Merchandise products. It does not apply to digital products such as access to our different Institutes. To view the returns and refunds policy for digital products, please click here.

Finding the perfect product is essential at Your Riding Success. We prioritise your satisfaction, whether it’s the right fit or if you want to see the product in person upon arrival. Our hassle-free returns policy ensures transparency and peace of mind if the product doesn’t meet your expectations. Return new, unworn/unused items in a resalable condition within 30 days for a refund or exchange (excluding sale items).

Your shopping experience is very important to us, so we have taken the hassle away from the returns process by offering free UK returns.

Returns from The Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland are classed as international returns.

UK Returns

To process your FREE UK return, email the below information to [email protected]:

International Returns

Returns outside the UK are at the expense of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your return in the event proof of postage is required.

A Note on Refunds & Exchanges

To receive a refund or exchange on your order, the product(s) must be in its original condition with all original packaging included. This includes all original tags, boxes, bags, labels, and swing tickets, which must remain attached to the product. The product must be unworn/unused and returned in the same condition for Your Riding Success to be able to process any refunds or exchanges.

It can take up to 10 working days for a returned parcel to reach us from the date it was sent back. Upon completion of your return, we will send through an email for your records. Any refund processed to a credit or debit card will appear on your statement within 5 working days from the date it was processed.
